Rebate program
We'll actually pay you a rebate if we become your
buyers agent and represent you in the purchase of your
home. How does it work? The real estate commission is
paid by the seller and is split, usually 50/50, between
the agent representing the seller, and the agent
representing the buyer. We will pay you up to half our
commission depending on the number of houses we show
you.
